This program is 15 weeks long with squats 2x a week, deadlifts 2x a week and bench 4x a week. You should have experience benching 3x a week before you run this program. The goal of this program is to build your main lifts, to strengthen end ranges of motion, and to build muscle. If you don’t want a 500lb bench press, DONT USE THIS PROGRAM.
