When I started working with dawson I could barely squat 315, bench 225 and deadlift 405, over the months working with him I’ve added 50 plus pounds on each of my lifts and learned how to properly execute them and continue to learn more. Dawson always answers any questions I have with as much info and detail as possible to help me further myself as a lifter. I’ve gotten stronger working with dawson but I’ve also gotten a lot more knowledgeable about lifting in general. I’ve learned about everything from hitting proper depth in a squat to bracing your core properly to programming someone for strength
